COMMON QUESTIONS

Custom Printing & Embroidery FAQ

Why does Rocky Road Printing use custom quotes instead of one advertised price?

Garment quality, quantity, artwork, ink colors, print locations, embroidery stitch count, decoration process and deadline can all change the real production cost. A project quote lets us price the specifications you actually need.

Do you handle bulk shirt orders?

Yes. Our bulk screen-printing content is built around common volume ranges including 50, 100, 250 and 500+ shirts. Larger or more specialized orders can also be quoted.

What equipment do you use?

Rocky Road Printing uses Workhorse automatic and manual screen-printing presses and multi-head ZSK commercial embroidery equipment.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Elgin, Texas and serve customers across Central Texas, including Bastrop, Manor, Hutto, Taylor, Pflugerville, Round Rock and Austin.

What should I include with a quote request?

Send the best artwork you have along with estimated quantity, garment preference, print or embroidery locations, colors and your deadline. If you are unsure about the process or garment, include that in the request and we can help narrow it down.
