What happens if the color of ink isn't exactly what I viewed online?

Ink colors may vary depending on computers & monitors. The colors will be close, possibly varying by a shade or tint of a color.

 

Can I get a garment sample?

Yes, we do provide sample garments. We ask that you pay for the items  price plus $5 per item for shipping.

 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we have 12-piece minimum order for SCREENED PRINTED items. However,

there is NO MINIMUM for HEAT PRESSED items.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing is 10 business days for production after you have approved final artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 14 business days from final art approval.

 

How/When do I pay?

Rock Road Printing requires full payment  before your order is processed. We do not print items without your final art approval, so you get to check over everything before its processed.

 

 

 

How do I order?

You can order multiple ways! You can send us an email or use our Custom quote form,or you can place an order through the t shirt designer cart. Or call 512-229-5222

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, anytime before final art approval. However, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee & $50.00 restocking fee. Also, There are NO cancellations after we receive final art approval.

 

Do I have to get all the same color garment?

Nope! You can get multiple colors within the same order as long as the ink colors and design remain the same.

 

Are white garments cheaper than colors?

Yes, white garments are a little bit less expensive, but not by much! If you want a colored garment but are looking to reduce your cost, reduce the number of ink colors instead!

 

What happens when I upload my art?

When you upload your art, it is sent to us to view! We take a look at it and email you back with questions or comments. If you have questions, you can include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork.

 

What types of files do you accept?

Vector art built in Corel Draw is the best to send us, but we have a wide range of file types we can use. You can visit our Art Requirement Page for a comprehensive list.

 

Can you match PMS colors for screen printing?

At this time we do not offer this service. We try our best to match inks but can not guarantee an exact match.

 

Can you do an all over print?

Rocky Road  Printing  prints on  garments using a standard screen printing process, so we are UNABLE TO PRINT ON THE ENTIRE GARMENT.

 

 

How much does it cost for Rocky Road Printing to design my artwork?

We have no art fees for simple and standard art submitted in approved format with your custom garment order.  See Art requirement page for more details. However, If you require custom design or art work no problem. Our art department will provide quote for custom art.

 

Do you have pricing for printing only?

We do offer printing only services if customer agrees and signs a

Rocky Road Printing Hold Harmless agreement.
